Contest of grant projects for conducting activities aimed at increasing the awareness of schoolchildren about the benefits and safety of cycling

The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) is announcing contest of grant projects for conducting activities aimed at increasing the awareness of schoolchildren about the benefits and safety of cycling for UNDP-GEF “City of Almaty Sustainable Transport” (CAST) Project.

Aim of the contest: to identify a partner from the non-profit sector to carry out activities aimed at increasing the awareness of schoolchildren about the benefits and safety of cycling, as well as its impact on reducing the consumption of fossil fuels, energy saving and climate change policy in the RK.

Place of work: Cities of Kazakhstan

Interested organizations must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications (in accordance with Application form #1):

  1. Information about the organization;
  2. Project description;
  3. Project realization plan;
  4. Project budget;
  5. Monitoring and evaluation;
  6. Sustainability of project;
  7. Risks;
  8. Public informing;
  9. Additional information.

The submission deadline is July 15, 2017 till 12:00 pm. Applications are accepted in Russian.
