July 8, 2017, Astana – The opening ceremony of the Seminar on Capacity-Building and Networking for Civil Servants and the representatives of NGO from Afghanistan has taken place at Nazarbayev University. The Seminar is held in the framework of the joint project “Promoting Kazakhstan’s Official Development Assistance Cooperation with Afghanistan”. This project is conducted jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Embassy of Japan to Kazakhstan, and supported by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The reports were presented by the experts from the UN Headquarters and from the Istanbul Regional Hub of the United Nations Development Programme.
