Publication is prepared within the joint project between the Government of the Republic 
of Kazakhstan and UNDP|GEF ‘Kazakhstan — Wind Power Market Development Initiative’. 
The project is funded by the Global Environment Facility. The project is aimed at reducing 
greenhouse gases emissions through the development of the wind energy market in Kazakhstan.
